Abstract
Integrating advanced technology into school management practices is essential for managing modern educational difficulties. This study investigates the impact of big data analytics, cloud computing, and communication platforms on school management, emphasizing efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration improvements. This study utilized a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design. Using surveys, researchers gathered quantitative information from teachers and school heads and qualitative data through interviews. Researchers collected quantitative and qualitative data from school heads and teachers through surveys and interviews. Data was collected from school heads and teachers using surveys for quantitative insights, while qualitative information was acquired through interviews. The data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and thematic analysis. The findings indicated that advanced technology improved management efficiency (mean = 4.27, SD = 0.68) and facilitated decision-making processes (mean = 4.32, SD = 0.71). The study highlights the essential influence of technology in creating a flexible framework for school management practices. This highlights the importance of ongoing professional growth and the thoughtful distribution of resources for digital tools to guarantee successful technology integration. The insights provided are essential for informing policymakers and educators in their efforts to promote innovation and enhance school management practices.
